Order Cancellation Policy

When Can You Cancel Your Order?

  • You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order is processed and shipped, it becomes ineligible for cancellation. However, you may still request a return within our 30-day return policy.

How to Cancel Your Order?

To cancel your order:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible at support@naturalessencecare.com with your order number and cancellation request.
  2. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we will process the cancellation immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

⚠️ Note: If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to wait until it’s delivered and then follow our return process to send the product back.

Exceptions to Cancellations

Certain orders cannot be canceled:

  • Custom or personalized products: Once production has begun, these orders are non-cancellable.
  • Perishable goods or hygiene-sensitive items: Products such as skincare and haircare items cannot be canceled once opened or used.
